This is a room of operators, not an audience. Three rules carry most of the weight. The rest, and the terms of membership, follow below.

"It worked well" is not useful. Spend, window, result, what you got wrong. Specifics are the only reason anyone is here.
Nothing Leaves The Room
No screenshots. No forwarding. No quoting a member outside the community — including with names removed.
Agreement
By creating an account, subscribing, or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply to everyone — free subscribers and paying members alike.

The Room
Internet Mogul is a private network for people running real businesses online. Operators, not an audience. Membership is earned on demonstrated performance, not on willingness to pay.
What follows applies to every member, in every space, in every thread.
Conduct
Disagree properly. Disagreement is the point — a room where everyone nods is worth nothing. Argue with the position, bring evidence, and let people change their minds without a scene. Contempt, pile-ons and point-scoring get moderated. Being right is not a defence for being unpleasant about it.
Stand behind what you post. No misinformation, no rumour laundered as fact, no illegal content. If you are speculating, say so.
Attribute what is not yours. Sharing someone else's article, data or framework is welcome. Passing it off as your own is not. Link the source.
Protect other people's privacy. Never post anyone's personal information, member or not, without their consent.
Confidentiality
Members share revenue, margins and mistakes on the understanding that it stays inside the community. You agree not to disclose another member's non-public information outside Internet Mogul — including in anonymised or paraphrased form — without their express permission. No screenshots, no forwarding, no republication.
This obligation continues after your membership ends.
Enforcement
Moderated by the Internet Mogul team.
We would rather have a quiet word than remove anyone, and usually will. Repeated breaches — or a single serious one, meaning soliciting, leaking, or harassment — end membership without refund.
Membership here is earned. It can be lost.
Terms of Membership
The sections below set out the agreement between you and Internet Mogul.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. You are responsible for everything done under your login and for keeping it secure. One person, one account — logins may not be shared or transferred.
Membership is granted at our discretion. Some tiers require verification of business revenue; supplying false information is grounds for immediate removal without refund.
Membership and payment
Paid memberships renew automatically at the interval and price stated when you join, until you cancel. We will email you before each renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected], and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it, or where we have made an error. Membership ended for breach of these terms is not refunded.
We may change pricing for future terms with at least 30 days' notice. The term you are currently in is unaffected.
What you post
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Internet Mogul a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it inside the community, and to quote it in our own publications with attribution.
You are responsible for having the right to post what you post.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Internet Mogul against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from content you post, from your breach of these terms, or from your infringement of anyone else's rights.
What we publish
The News Feed summarises reporting from third-party sources. Those summaries, and any commentary attached to them, are ours. The underlying reporting belongs to the publisher named on each item, and we link to the original. Nothing here transfers any right in their work.
Our own written material, branding and templates remain ours. Membership does not include a licence to republish or resell them.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material here infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact details. We remove infringing material promptly and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end a membership for breach of these terms, for conduct that damages the community, or for non-payment. Where the circumstances allow it, we will tell you why.
Obligations that by their nature continue — confidentiality, licences you have granted, and any fees owed — survive the end of membership.
No advice, no warranty
Everything published or discussed here is information, not professional advice. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and no member or member of staff is acting as your adviser. The decisions you take are yours.
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything you read here is accurate.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, Internet Mogul is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us during that period or one hundred US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here at least 14 days before they take effect, and we will notify members by email where we hold a current address. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Internet Mogul regarding the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
